Why should I buy a massager?
Massage is one of the easiest ways to attain and maintain good health and well-being. Using a massager can make the massage experience easier and more effective.

Massagers improve circulation, relax muscles, aid digestion and speed up the elimination of waste products. These direct benefits, combined with the psychological benefits, quickly produce a feeling of well-being.

Why should I buy from you?

What's the difference from one massager to another?
There are tremendous differences. The first is that it is very difficult to get enough power to make a difference with battery-operated units. Technically speaking, battery-operated units are called vibrators, as opposed to electrical massagers. Pads and pillows designed to lay on or place behind your back are usually battery-operated, and do not have much therapeutic benefit.

The next important factor is the wattage. Most hand-held massagers are around 10 to 12 watts. This is fairly common. Many of our units are 20 watts and higher. The higher the wattage, the stronger the units, and most importantly, the smoother and deeper the massage tends to be. When you do a search for massagers, about 90% of the units you will find are cheap, and often imitations. This is one field where paying a few dollars less is definitely going to cost you. Cheap units don't last very long, and the massage is often irritating. They are often loud and downright unpleasant.

How do I know which one to buy?
Good question. Our site is one of your resources. All of the massagers on our site have been tested for strength, endurance and usability. We have been selling massagers for 20 years, so we have a very good sense of what is a fad and what has stood the test of time.

In the past, we have had models created to fit a demand that was not being met. Panasonic originally came over from Japan to consult with our owner when they were designing the original massage loungers. We let them know that from an ergonomic perspective, the Japanese body is much lower to the ground. Consequently, there are height considerations that need to be taken into account when designing for the American body.

Besides trusting our site, ask friends what they have found useful. Medical doctors are not a good source of information, since most of them are committed to the pharmaceutical companies, and would rather prescribe drugs.

What are foot massagers?
There are all types of foot massage products on the market. Some are deep-kneading units, while others warm and relax the feet with heat or warm water. The primary focus of our foot massagers is to heal and comfort sore feet, to give the whole body a sense of rejuvenation.

What do they do?
They help work out sore and tight muscles within the feet. For people who stand or work on their feet all day, offers for foot rubs may not come often enough. Sometimes we need additional massaging to help us relax after a long day. I keep a massager under my desk, to take advantage of its effects while I work.

I stand on my feet all day. What is the best foot massager to use?
While standing, your feet are forced to take on all the weight of the body. Foot massagers do what a comfortable pair of shoes can't, they invigorate the circulation and help work through tender and sore areas. We offer a variety of massagers because people have different massage needs. Our most thorough massagers are the USJ-1012 Kneading Leg & Calf Massager and our Jeanie Rub with the Foot Accessory.

What is infrared heat?
It is a warm soothing heat that helps feet relax by warming the muscles and ligaments. It is especially helpful for feet that have been under hours of strain.

What is a Chi Exercise Machine? And What Does it Do?
Chi Exercise Machines are passive aerobic exercisers created by doctors to stimulate the sympathetic and lymphatic systems within the body. They gently rock your body back and forth, creating an almost-hypnotic relaxation. They are powered by 20- or 40-watt motors.

Chi health devices increase your energy, help you lose weight and relax you. You will feel younger, healthier and happier. Although the effects are a benefit to anyone who would like to feel younger, people who suffer from diabetes, poor circulation, fibromyalgia, cancer and chronic pain can realize extra benefits from using these machines daily.

What's the difference between the Sun Ancon/Sun Harmony machines and your chi health devices?
Our machines are a lot like the Sun Ancon/Sun Harmony models. However, we feature a larger motor and softer ankle rests. We have an adjustable speed dial while the other units do not. We offer a better machine at a fraction of the cost, since we do not sell within a pyramid-marketing scheme.
