![]() How the Chi Roller works:When your body is out of balance, tension builds around your spine, causing the major muscles of the body to contract, blocking the vital flow of chi or energy. This can cause pain and illness. The Chi Roller uses accupressure to relieve tension, relax, and align your spine. Continuous pressure tells your body to produce cortisols to reduce inflammation, and endorphins to relieve pain. The Chi Roller heals by using principles of Chinese medicine that have been in use for over 4000 years. The design of the Chi Roller has been in testing and use for over 25 years. The Chi Roller is made from High Density Polyethylene (HDP) and contains over 25% recycled materials. |

The Chi Roller is used either in bed or on a soft mat (the harder the surface, the higher the pressure). Begin by lying down and placing the roller under your back with the two lobes straddling your spine. Next, bend your knees and move the roller with your hands and legs toward your head, stopping anywhere you feel tension. As you breathe slowly and deeply, the relaxation begins and the tension fades away! |
